In case any clueless has not heard of the argument, there goes: the Sevillian Rafa (Dani Rovira) decides to leave his Andalusia of the soul to follow Amaia (Clara Lago), a young Basque woman whom she meets one night in Seville and who leaves her purse in her house. Against the advice of his friends, Rafa travels to Argoitia, the town of its intended, in the heart of the Basque Country. To help Amaia in a stumble of his life and avoid conflicts with his father, Rafa impersonates a true Basque (without a trace of the Andalusian accent of Rovira).

As for the musical notes, the main and original theme of the film Never leave it is interpreted by the singer Leire Martínez, vocalist of La Oreja de Van Gogh, and by the singer-songwriter David DeMaría (in the same line as the film: she Basque and he Andalusian).
