Ginger cookies

INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 4 cups of flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- Ground clove
- 1 cup of butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup honey

Mix flour with yeast, ginger, cinnamon and a pinch of clove. In another bowl, beat the butter with the sugar. Add honey and egg. To incorporate
Mix the flour with the spices.

Place the dough In an airtight container. Book in a cool place for at least 2 hours and maximum 6 hours.

Preheat the oven to 180º C. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Cut the star-shaped cookies. Molds will be needed to present them on a Christmas tree
of different sizes.

To bake 11 to 15 minutes large pieces, and 6 to 8 minutes small pieces. Remove and sprinkle with sugar.
