INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 1 cauliflower
- 1 dl of vegetable stock
- 1.5 dl of milk
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- Sunflower seeds
- 1 spoon of sugar
- Butter
- 2 teaspoons turmeric
- Salt
- Pepper

Put a pan on the fire with sunflower seeds, sugar, a tablespoon of water, a pinch of salt and a pinch of sweet paprika. Stir until the water evaporates and the caramel sticks to the pipes. Remove and reserve.

Wash the cauliflower, Remove the leaves and cut the base. Put a large pot on the fire with the cauliflower covered with water. Add a little salt and cook 15 minutes until the cauliflower is al dente. Remove, drain and reserve.

Put a pan on the fire with butter, flour and turmeric. Saute a few seconds and add the vegetable stock and milk until you get a thick sauce. Pepper and remove from heat. Serve the cauliflower with the sauce and sunflower seeds.
